A lot of Wigram's recent building is medium density — townhouses, duplexes and terraced rows rather than standalone houses on their own sections. Drying a unit in a terrace is not the same job as drying a standalone build: shared walls, shared subfloor space and neighbours already living in the adjoining units all constrain what you can run and when.

We scope these per unit but check the neighbouring party walls, because moisture that entered through a shared detail rarely stops at the boundary. Noise matters too, so on occupied terraces we plan equipment placement and run times around the people next door.
